Reliance Protectron combines the latest technology and a best-in-class training program for our operators to ensure that we are ready to respond to any number of emergencies.
- With six weeks of in-house training and six weeks of practical training in the monitoring centre, our operators learn to respond to emergency alarm situations and medical emergencies with precision and professionalism.
- Our operators work through Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) and Security Industry Association (SIA) certification programs. Due to the complex nature of the job, operators are fully trained before they deal with emergency situations.
- Operators are equipped with leading edge monitoring technology solutions. Multiple-monitor stations integrated with an advanced response platform, two-way voice technology and a complete customer management system ensures that we are ready to handle any emergency.

Over the past few years, Reliance Protectron has invested millions of dollars developing and enhancing our monitoring centres. Our national network of ULC-listed centres share the same operating software and are connected by a secure and dedicated communication line. This allows each monitoring centre to act as a backup in the event of a disaster or outage. This is how we guarantee our customers uninterrupted service 24 hours a day.
